In addition to being a real estate investor, I am the father of a beautiful little girl, husband, brother, son, and a friend who loves to share his story and inspire others.
I started working my very first job 23 years ago in a blueberry field in Chatsworth, New Jersey. Throughout my teenage years I worked a wide variety of jobs. I swept floors in my Uncles’ Auto Body Shop, I was a cashier at McDonalds, and I spent time loading manure at Edgar's Garden Center. I thought my first real break was a safe, secure, "State" job in a nearby State Forest.
I had purchased the property
for $82,500 and sold
the property for $160,000...

I thought I had arrived at my life long job... and then the yelling began. My bosses began telling me how they expected me to do the job. I actually got in trouble for working too fast! Something is wrong with that type of attitude. This was not a fit for me.
Next, I traded in my moped license for a driver's license and started as a lot man at a Lincoln Mercury Auto Dealership. Initially, I loved this job because I am a car guy at heart. Although I found something I loved doing, I did not make the money I desired. I decided to be my own boss and I started my first company, a transportation & towing business.
Again... it was a lot of hard work and not enough money. I got an Auto Dealers’ License and I opened my own car dealership. I bought “trade-ins” from new car dealerships at wholesale prices and sold them on my lot or at the auto auction. After a few years in the car business I was burned out. There was a ton of overhead with all the insurance, rent and advertising expense, not to mention the 14 hour days. I didn't know what to do next.

About that time... I purchased my first real estate property in Eastampton, NJ. It was the best investment decision I had made in a long time. With a good credit rating and very little down, I finally had my first real estate investment. After a ton of time working long days and carrying a large amount of debt from my auto business, I decided to sell my real estate investment property.
I purchased the property for $82,500 and then sold the property for $160,000, with minimal improvements. Wow, this was a real eye opener for me!
This was the start of my real estate investing career. I began looking for my next investment property and soon after I decided that real estate investing was the right career choice for me. The process of purchasing a property in disrepair and making it "like new" again gave me the satisfaction and pride that I always associated with a job well done.

To date, I have bought and sold Million$ of dollars worth of real estate properties and still continue to practice what I preach. I own a Property Management Company, a Construction Company, and I am part owner of a 42 year old Title Insurance Company. I am licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
I tell my story and teach my system to inspire others to go for more in their lives.
