My name is Edward Haines. I am both the founder and President of The Probate Academy.   I have developed a home study course, which I call The Equity Builder System. The program is based on my eight year history of making money through Probate Real Estate.

I started my career 23 years ago picking blueberries in a field in Chatsworth, New Jersey. During my teenage years I worked a variety of jobs. I got reprimanded for working too fast as a state employee at a NJ State Forest.

I traded in my moped license for a driver's license and went to work as a salesman at a Lincoln Mercury Dealership. As a car guy at heart, I loved the job but not the pay.   I decided to be my own boss and opened my first business, a transportation and towing company, and later an auto dealership of my own. Neither gave me the money I wanted in exchange for the long hours, high overhead, and hard work that was required.

 

It was at this point in my life that I made my first investment in real estate. To date, I have bought and sold Million$ of dollars worth of real estate properties and still continue to practice what I preach.

 

 

 

My first investment was a personal challenge.   I closed my auto dealership and after literally selling everything I owned (except my bed) I found myself $70,000 dollars in debt.  I set a goal to be debt free in 90 days.  

 

That’s right I was going to earn $70,000 in 90 days by investing in real estate! 

Although my timing was a little off – it actually took me 93 days . . .

I earned more than $70,000 from my first investment in Probate Real Estate and I was debt free with money left over!
